If you can't get enough of the classic flavour combo of sweet and sour, Melting Pot Café's passion fruit and mango cake should satisfy your cravings. Making the base of the cake are two layers of vanilla sponge cake generously coated with a mixture of sour passion fruit mousse and sweet mango jelly. It's then topped with another layer of mousse and berries, mango glaze, decorative chocolate pieces and bits of croquant on the sides to finish it off. This cake is available for the month of April only and costs RM15nett per slice and RM110nett for the whole one kilogram cake.
