This May, Chef Evert at Soleil has whipped up a lavish family brunch menu for Mother’s Day. Dished up Sunday roast-style, the carving selection includes roast beef with Yorkshire puddings, wagyu beef tomahawk, or a whole roasted lamb rack. As for seafood, one gets to choose from the seafood platter, fresh oysters or king crab and shellfish brodetto. Dessert includes pavlova and kiwi sorbet or black forest cake served with cherry-brandy ice cream. It’s recommended that bookings are made three days in advance.
