Strato's chef de cuisine Azwan Mat Yacob's Christmas menu is a decadent one, offering crudo of scallop with smoked eel chips, chestnut and mushroom tortellini, foie gras, nuts and toasted panettone, a choice of Sicilian snapper involtini or herb-stuffed veal porchetta with roast smoked duck fat potatoes and pumpkin salad, and spiced Christmas panforte. The five-course menu is available from Dec 15 to Dec 25 at RM240++ per person.
