Shakespeare's R&J

Set in the early 1950s, ‘Shakespeare’s R&J’ tells the story of four boarding school students who stumble across a copy of ‘Romeo and Juliet’. Confined in an environment with strict rules and regulations, these students dive into this story of forbidden love and eventually begin living it out in real life. They suddenly face events that cause relationships to be threatened, beliefs to be questioned, and intense feelings to be awakened. This will be the first time ‘Shakespeare’s R&J’ is staged in Malaysia and it will feature an all-male cast of Aaron Al-Fateh, Arief Hamizan, Malik Taufiq and Qahar Aqilah.
