The UK Young Scientists and Engineers Fair features interactive activities, exhibitions and live shows including BBC 1's 'Bang Goes the Theory', Sky TV's 'Brainiac Live' and Wallace and Gromit's 'World of Invention' road show, all aimed at getting youngsters interested in science. The finals of the National Science and Engineering Competition also take place at the show, and activities to get involved in include making earthquakes with geoscientists, fossil hunting, meeting astronomers, handling real bionic implants and generating pedal-powered electricity.
