The Everyman cinema ups sticks and goes underground for this festive screening of Frank Capra's classic Christmas movie from 1946, taking the screen to a series of tunnels under the streets of London. Cinema-goers will have to cross a volcanic lake, then make their way past the northern lights and through a snowstorm to get to the snow-capped cinema, set in a cavernous winter wonderland dotted with log cabin bars and aprés-movie food stalls selling roasted chestnuts, pizzas and alpine bratwurst. And if that doesn't sound like the perfect setting for this perfect heartwarming movie, then you should obviously be watching 'A Christmas Carol' and bah-humbuging all the way. Please note: the event on December 8 is exclusive to Time Out customers. Other dates are also available.
