Apathy's a Drag

Open invitation by artist Rachael House to make a model wind-powered boat to float on Southwark Park Lake as part of a flotilla to mark the 35th anniversary of the Sex Pistol's abortive boat trip on the Thames to promote their single 'God Save The Queen'.
