Time Out says

A cycle tour of the River Lee, led by architectural guide David Garrard of English Heritage. An area that was smartened up to serve as the backdrop for the 2012 Olympic Games, the tour looks at the regeneration of the Lee Valley and takes in some intriguing architectural oddments, from a Victorian cultic temple to a twenty-first-century shanty town. The tour lasts roughly two and a half hours, ending at Docklands. Meeting point is Clapton station.
