Barber & Osgerby: In the Making

What goes into creating the things we use on a daily basis? How do they go from the drawing board to production line? The design duo behind the London 2012 Olympic Torch, Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby put this aspect of product design under the spotlight in their curated exhibition that highlights the importance of the unfinished element of an object. Over twenty everyday items from money to sports equipment have been chosen to reveal the creative process and manufacturing techniques that go into creating these unique objects.
