Benjamin Senior

There's an odd sense of surreality to Senior's highly accomplished figurative paintings - which usually depict women engaging in some form of exercise or sport - that's both intriguing and unsettling. Coming across like a sexualised collision of Alex Katz and Hieronymous Bosch, his work is pretty but more than a little uncomfortable.
