With the addition of Little Nan's Broadway Theatre Saloon, Catford is now back on the map. For those who've visited any of the other Little Nan's, you'll know just how quintessentially British the whole feeling is, but this is the most eccentric I've seen a Little Nan's. It's befitting that it's located inside the walls of the beautiful Broadway Theatre. Hopefully now a new lease of life will be injected back into Catford, and the Broadway Theatre will remain a great British institution. 


I love this place. I recall seeing Maya Angelou here and also attending a celebration of her life here after she passed away. Its a lovely venue and I hope the rumours to close it or pull it down are untrue! It does need a bit of a spruce up (hence the 4 stars) but it is really well loved, used and appreciated by the local residents.
