Ella Kruglyanskaya: This is a Robbery

The LA-based Latvian painter, Ella Kruglyanskaya, is best known for putting her own spin on women in art, with her relaxed and expressive portraits of curvaceous modern females. More recently, however, the artist has expanded into still lifes riffing on the memento mori tradition, as the paintings in this exhibition show.
