Dalston Screentests Exhibition

Ryan Lanji & Saskia Wickins are the curators behind the Warholian two-part exhibition taking place at the oldies inspired Stunt Dolly hair salon and the Dalston Superstore. The first part of the exhibition will involve a film screening of Andy Warhol’s iconic screen tests being followed by a modern reenacting of the deed at the Stunt Dolly hair salon in which eight of Dalton’s most iconic creatives will be captured in a screen test and then taken to the Dalston Superstore to be transformed to short portraits by screen printer Cassandra Yap, all within the same night. The event is held as a celebration of the neighborhood’s creative talent.
