Hang-Up Gallery says
Hang-Up is a contemporary art gallery located on the Regents Canal in Hoxton East London.

The gallery specialises in Banksy sales to an international collector base and is also major dealers in works by Harland Miller, David Shrigley, Invader, KAWS and Takashi Murakami and buying and selling artworks by leveraging their extensive networks developed over the past decade.

The gallery is also proud to work with a roster of young forward-thinking artists in selling and presenting artworks through their dynamic exhibition programme. They have an impressive core stable of artists with whom they have been integral in developing their artistic careers. Artists include Tim Fishlock, Dave White, The Connor Brothers, Magnus Gjoen and Lauren Baker.

Many artists have had their inaugural shows with the gallery and have gone on to have large sell-out exhibitions and in the case of The Connor Brothers have become household names with large wait lists for their works and international auction success.

Whether it's for private pieces for your home or fitting out monster restaurants, Hang Up is the only place in London worth talking to. X

Love it here -  next level art collection and super friendly staff  - makes art really approachable! Defo recommend

What a fabulous gallery!! Great artwork. It was my first visit but certainly won’t be my last!!!

This place is epitomised by its owner Ben... Approachable (always good for art), enthusiastic and exquisitely curated. I can't think of a better little commercial gallery in London. My advise is to visit and see for yourself.

I love love love Hangup have been there from the start and they have gone from strength to strength over the years and still delivering an impeccable service.

Fantastic artists served by a fantastic team.

We’ve been fans of Hang Up for some time now, my go to for contemporary pieces with super helpful staff. Also follow on Facebook to keep up with latest Exhibitions and Private Views. The Banksy bunker is tip top.

By far my favourite East London gallery. Really friendly team, that will guide you on the best choice for your taste and budget. Keep an eye on their FB page for secret super cool private last visit saw the D of Run DMC sing 'Walk this way' just a metre away from me!

Love this place. Ace knowledge and collection of contemporary art with super friendly helpful staff.

As someone who lives in east london and has been to many art galleries in the area, this is a favourite! Such wonderful work!!!

A really fantastic gem of a gallery in Stokey. The site and store has a rich selection of contemporary artists and the founder Ben is super helpful in advising about all aspects of purchasing art. The team are friendly and for this reason we always go back to Hang Up to buy art. It's a fun environment as well with a cool bar downstairs.

Staying ahead of the curve with new artists and ideas as well as showcasing the best of the contemporary art world.

Love Hang-Up Gallery and its friendly, amazing team! The gallery offers a nice selection of artworks from both Urban and Contemporary artists as well as an exciting exhibition program. Not need to say Private Views rock, it's always good fun, a great chance to see beautiful works as well as hang out with good people!

i am writing this as my wife and I have been visiting Hang-up Gallery for the last three years and have always found the programming to be on point and they have an amazing selection of Banksy works. Staff are helpful and friendly and the space is amazing. Keep it up.

Great range of exceptional artists, fantastic in store experience, staff really knowledgeable and friendly, and no pressure to buy. Website is really impressive too, and easy to work around. Brilliant after sales service, speedy secure delivery of art work to your door.

Fantastic Gallery, they represent a collective of amazing artists and the staff are great, they are super approachable and well clued up on the artists and their collections. They re-hang the gallery regularly too so its always different. Have bought a number of pieces from Hang-Up and love them all, all so different but all work together perfectly.

An amazing selection of emerging and established artists, with a constant flow of new work. The team is warm, helpful and super friendly, always ready to give you a good experience. Can't wait to see what will be next for Hang-Up!

Been a long time fan of Hang-Up Gallery. The new space is amazing. If you have not been it's worth a visitl. Loads of Banksy work. Apparently they have a bar opening soon too

Review for Rosie Emerson: Sirens, until 8 June 2014

In Greek mythology, sirens were beautiful creatures who sang to sailors and lured them towards the dangerous coastline, wrecking their ships. In this beautiful series, Hackney-based Emerson invokes the image of the siren to create a delicate, ethereal fantasy world. She uses a range of media to explore the concept, including print, photography and collage. Her use of cyanotype, which gives the resulting images a sparse, organic feel, is particularly accomplished.
