Hannah Black: Intensive Care

Black presents the culmination of a month-long residency at the gallery in her new film that focuses on the suffering of women through a cacophony of visual material in part inspired by the theatre and film actress Renée Falconetti's role as Joan of Arc in Dreyer’s film ‘The Passion of Joan of Arc’ (1928) .
