Time Out says

Tate Modern’s new three-day youth festival explores the concept of ‘six degrees of separation’ through art, music and fashion. Curated by young people (Tate Collective London) for young people (15-25), the Tanks and Turbine Hall will be taken over by a variety of programmed events from fashion photographer Rankin’s photography workshops (Sat Apr 27, various times) to rapper Sway’s performance in front of an immersive installation inspired by Roy Lichtenstein (Sat Apr 27, 8.30-9.30pm).

Check the Tate website for full schedule.
