Including a selection of preparatory drawings, the American artist continues her exploration of the brutality of colonialism, racial oppression and prejudices. Using a decorative approach, Walker critiques how historical narratives are bias and fabricated. The show will include theatrical models for ‘Norma’ a two-act opera she directed and art directed for Teatro La Fenice.
