Ever wanted to know what’s in Damien Hirst’s house? Well, there’s probably a lot of the stuff you’ll find at this gorgeous Vauxhall space, which was built specifically to put on shows of the art world scofflaw’s own collection. Jeff Koons, Ashley Bickerton and abstract maestro John Hoyland were among the first artists to be shown here – all for free. Recently, the gallery has shown work from Jack White (yes, the one from that band), where he debuted his ‘hardware art’ made using found objects. Plus, Damien may still be in his rainbow dots era, but if you do want to see some of his new work, this would be the place to do it.
