Non-Happening After Ad Reinhardt

Presented by French artist Pierre Leguillon, and with the participation of Seth Siegelau, this event features a slideshow of 350 images that were used in performance lectures by the American abstract painter Ad Reinhardt (1913–67). Leguillon will then discuss Reinhardt's work with Seth Siegelaub, who as an art dealer in New York in the 1960s knew Reinhardt and shared with him an interest in Islamic art.
