Responding to the arebyte gallery's seasonal theme of 'islands', artist Lawrence Lek and electronic musician Kode9 have teamed up to create a site-specific installation based around a fictional luxury hotel. The multimedia installation - which visitors are free to roam around as they please - will examine ideas of property ownership, marketing, retail and the modern urban community. Oh, and it looks pretty cool too.
