Reinoud Oudshoorn: Recent Sculptures

With influence from abstract expressionists Rothko and Newman, Oudshoorn’s work engages with the relationship between illusionary and physical spatiality. He uses mostly frosted glass and iron in his sculptures to create something more than a physical presence, but a visual image transported into the imagination of the viewer. The exhibition also includes installation pieces from emerging artist Myrianthe Sozou.
