Ugo Rondinone: Pure Sunshine

A new series of work that builds on the Swiss artist's 'mandala' paintings, which he began in 1991. The latest additions take the form of nine circular canvases spray-painted with concentric yellow rings. The works aim to reflect Rondinone's interest in time, cosmic cycles and the opposition of day and night. Alongside these pieces, expect 175 preparatory sketches for every painting since 1991.
