Time Out says

You’ve probably walked past it countless times without noticing it, but above the souvenir stall selling t-shirts and tat by Westminster Pier you’ll notice a large bronze sculpture. The statue depicts Boadicea, the queen of a Celtic tribe who led a rebellion against Roman occupation in the early first millennium. Although unsuccessful, her story is fit for a blockbuster adaptation.
