Discover Children's Story Centre

Discover is a magical world where children up to age 11 embark on a an indoor story trail, aided and abetted by fantastic characters whose role is to help kids invent their own stories. Dressing-up outfits, finger puppets, drawing materials and the Story Garden outdoor play area – with slides, greenery, monsters and funny mirrors – help fuel young imaginations. Discover holds events based on published stories which often have a twist of drama, arts and crafts, dance or music every weekend and everyday during the holidays at 11.30am & 2.30pm. The new, interactive exhibition 'Superheroes' (Apr 1-Nov 4 2012) invites families to embark on a mission to save Alphabet City from a mysterious villain. The centre also has a café and a shop.
