This one-day celebration of British wildlife is part of the BBC Learning's Summer of Wildlife. It kicks off at 11am with presenter Kate Silverton, who will lead a starry cast that includes experts from some 20 wildlife organisations, including The Bat Conservation Trust, the RSPB and Butterfly Conservation Trust, plus of course a host of cute and fascinating critters – among them hedgehogs, amphibians and reptiles. Walks, talks and activities take place throughout the day, and if you book online you can get substantial reductions on ticket prices.
