February half-term activities at the Museum of London are themed around parks and open spaces past and present. Events include: 'A Park for Heroes', which is inspired by the plaques in nearby Postman's Park (Feb 16, 17 12.30, 2.30pm; age 5+); 'Characters from History: Cecelia Young', about eighteenth-century pleasure gardens (Feb 17, 20 1pm, 2pm, 3pm; age 5+); 'Strolling Through Kensington Gardens', storytelling (Feb 19, 24 1pm, 2pm, 3pm; age 5+); 'The Musical Park', a musical sessions for younger children (Feb 20 10.30am, 11.30am, 2pm; age 1+); 'The Story of Pleasure Gardens', told by curator Jim Gledhill (Feb 21 noon, 1.30pm, 2.30pm; age 7+); 'Come and Play in the Park', Victorian games (Feb 22, 23, noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm; age 5+).
