Time Out says

Distinguished by its impressive dome and Moorish-style architecture, the Prince's Picture House opened as a cinema in 1921 before being converted into the Palais ballroom in the '40s. It's now home to a rather more humdrum mobile phone shop, but the distinctive dome and Moorish stylings remain, making it a worthy sightseeing stop.
