Time Out says

This Covent Garden wine bar, restaurant and enoteca on Slingsby Place has a firm focus on wine – there are almost 500 bottles, most of them Italian and more than 30 of them available by the glass. As an enoteca, each of the bottles is available to take away, too.

It's certainly a long list, with French wines and Champagnes alongside a selection of new world bottles complementing a vast array of Italian options sourced from independent producers in Umbria, Tuscany, Sicily, Sardinia, Lombardy and Piedmont, to name a few. Ports and dessert wines also feature.

And to line the stomach? Think beef tartar, wild mushroom and truffle oil risotto, lasagne Bolognese and a ravioli of ricotta, spinach, butter and sage alongside antipasti, charcuterie platters, cheese boards and, incongruously, a mezze selection.

Dalla Terra says
Dalla Terra is a wine lovers’ oasis in Covent Garden. We are a wine bar & restaurant as well as an enoteca. We serve home-made style Italian dishes to complement our 500+ wine list. All our wines are available for take-away at off-license prices.

Gorgeous sophisticated wine bar in the heart of Covent Garden. Friendly and knowledgable staff, a great selection of wines with varying price points, but starts reasonably cheap. The ambience and decor is perfect. This is the ideal place for a catch up with friends or a romantic date.

A magnificent wine bar inside the St. Martin's Courtyard. They have all sorts of wines and staffs are real sommeliers. Plus you can get some snack food to go with your wine choices. Highly recommend this if you are on a date or simply catching up with a friend.

Nearby Covent Garden this is a lovely little wine bar that is worth a visit. There are few tables and it is a little formal in setting. Fairly small there is an impressive descriptive selection of very good wines to select from by the glass or bottle if that takes your fancy. An accompanying light food menu is available, service was quick and not rushed. In fact we visited on a Saturday afternoon and ended up staying for several hours throughout the evening even when it started getting a lot busier they still didn’t appear to rush us. Overall this is ok, the wines are very decent but there are better more atmospheric wine bars in the area. This is probably good place to meet for formal lunch or catch up.
