Following suit, the culinary offering combines recipes from old and new world wine-producing countries, resulting in a menu of small plates designed to bring people together through sharing and pairing with grapes specially selected by Erin Summers, the esteemed Wine Curator.

Those hoping to expand their wine knowledge and palates can join Hithe + Seek’s monthly wine club. Led by Erin herself, the club provides members, or ‘Seekers’, with access to monthly wine tastings hosted by winemakers and distributers, an exclusive discount at the hotel’s dining and wellness venues, access to bespoke tours and events, and tips on the best wines to try each season.
