OMG, was that a Robbery this NYE Party, classic Robbery. Wording out of Hollywood movies, entertainment less then in a PUB, food, don't even get me started. Music, made me call the GP Next day. Do yourself a favour, stay far far away from this lot. The only thing this Venue has, is a view. Other then that, classic Robbery! Events are horrible! You get so much more in this town for this kinda money.

It was a very disappointing experience last night. We arrived at 9:20pm, was told to queue for the table. We queued patiently for 30mins, was then told the venue was overbooked and non of their staff can tell us how much longer we need to wait, which left us no choice but to request for a refund.

It basically ruined the whole night. One of their staff jot down my details and say they will contact me to process a refund first thing in the morning. But after 3 days havent heard anything from them and they are not replying my emails at all.

Never going there again and suggest everyone not to.

Millbank Tower is outdated and in massive need of renovation which it will probably never get, but you can’t beat the views from Altitude, which are truly impressive.
