Time Out says

The majority of the regulars at this hip-as-you-like Peckham night spot will be too young to have seen the episode of ‘Only Fools and Horses’ from which Peckham Springs takes its name, but a missed reference certainly isn’t stifling the vibes. Perhaps it’s because, unlike in Del Boy’s tapwater scam, nothing’s being watered down here: drinks are good and strong, with a focus on classic blends and little in the way of showy flourishes. It’s all keenly priced, too – £6-£7 for the ten or so house drinks (including the ubiquitous Aperol spritz and a bracing old fashioned), £8 for the more complex specials of which the ultra-refreshing Liquid Summer (Aperol, gin, fresh orange, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime, sugar) is the clear standout.
