Time Out says
The clue's in the name at this bar and informal dining spot at The Royal Horseguards hotel - it's an al fresco terrace, located alongside Whitehall Gardens and with views through the trees of the London Eye and the sity skyline.
Traditional breakfast options prove popular, with lunches and evening meals graduating to a niçoise of salmon, a classic caesar salad, Grangemoor beef strip with rocket, parmesan and horseradish, and a variety of pastas - including pappardelle with pulled pork, mustard cream and baby spinach.
There's a decent selection of wines by the glass, including three separate Taittingers. Beer comes courtesy of Chapel Down Curious Brew IPA, Pilsner Urquell, Hoegarden, Corona and Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Coffee is strong.
