This is a real London gem of a pub. The whole place feels authentically old (and I believe it really is) with beautiful views over the thames and across to the south bank. Wooden beams, wooden seats, wooden everything - it is a very gorgeous place with a good selection of drinks and also serves food. Warm and friendly.

Another great Sam Smiths pub situated on the north side of the Thames in Wapping.  Went there on a Saturday evening and it was busy - but not overly so, though the restaurant was fully booked.  Sat outside on a lovely summers evening -  had a bit of a shock when the seat I sat on went up at the other end seesaw fashion!  Improvement definitely required to their outside furniture!  Usual good selection and fair prices expected of Sam Smith.  Very large pub, divided into different areas inside - good for customers to have their own space.  Bar staff efficient.

A traditional pub in the really village part of Wapping and facing the Thames.  It's great to hear those smoking outside the reaction as the tide comes in!  Really easy going pub with a wide range of drinks (beers, stout, port, wine!) and a really great food range including a vegan and vegetarian section.  Nothing really wrong with it except the drinks menu were super sticky, the observation deck wasn't open and the pies weren't all that.  But hey, the edamame and quinoa burger was top notch!
