A great little pub tucked away behind Charlotte Street. The staff are friendly and there's a usually a fun crowd of regulars from the world of media.
This place is like a cross between Cheers and the Watering Hole from Neighbours. It combines the friendliness of the Cheers bar where they bother to remember your name with the staff and in some instances, the hairstyles from the Watering Hole.
The regulars seem really friendly and welcoming too. Especially that tall one that thinks he looks like Gerard Butler and his mate Uncle Fester.
The only issue I have is that one of the bar staff can't reach any of the optics. Other than that, what an amazing place.
One of the hidden gems of Fitzrovia. An institution of the local area. No need for food (beyond their extensive bars snacks) when the bar staff welcome you with open arms even when you're carrying your favourite grub from one of the many quality nearby food establishments. A friendly welcome with great service always awaits you here!
