The Night Owl

Once the site of legendary music venue ‘The Silver Bullet’, The Night Owl has worked hard to
become the fabulous destination that it is today, offering a variety of live gigs and club nights in the heart of Finsbury Park.

Following in the footsteps of the first Night Owl venue in Birmingham, The Night Owl is a fantastic, independent venue which boasts a bustling nightlife scene, and its own unique charm and personality, fuelled by a fine line in top beers and spirits.

We have hosted big names like Eddie Piller, Keb Darge, Primal Scream and Soho Radio’s Simone Butler. A monthly night from successful music magazine Shindig! has featured incredible shows from emerging artists Large Plants, Project Gemini, and The Jack Cades, to name a few, and is always wildly interesting, also featuring top DJs. Numerous other regular nights and shows from promoters Lost Kitten and SWS bring weekly shows from rising indie stars, and the Dig! And Get Back DJ nights offer an array of danceable music from from soul, funk and disco, to garage, psychedelia, indie, and punk. There’s even a free jazz jam each week and Sunday afternoon reggae.

With a bespoke retro interior, The Night Owl is also an instagramer’s delight. And as a live venue The Night Owl is set to grow and grow. Its transport links mean it’s easy for all to attend.
