Nice pub close to Richmond station. Very busy at the weekend especially on match days at Twickenham. Can get quite rowdy sof be warned.

I normally love this place, especially on rugby days.  However recently it has been far too over crowded, resulting in rude clientèle and staff that don't seem to want to be there.  Such a shame as it was always my go to pub in Richmond....will give it one more try after the RWC but if it isnt back to it's former glory then I won't be returning!

There are no too many places that you can tell friends that live the length and breath of the country where to meet when going to the rugby! Great location with a nice choice of ales and plenty of space to keep the crowds in good form!

The pub of choice for post work drinks in Richmond.

Working in Richmond for a few years taught me a few things, one of which was that after work drinks were almost always at the OT. When the sun's out and the day is done, the pub is rammed inside and outside with everyone clambering for a refreshing pint.

As it's a Youngs pub, you can expect a decent selection of guest ales as well as a few old guests hogging the bar so they're not too far away from the next one to be pulled through.

As it is so popular, they seem to be able to charge whatever they like and almost £6 a pint for some beers is pretty steep, even for such a high society area.

You learn to love it though, the more you go and it just ends up becoming the inevitable destination regardless of the occasion.
