You guys, I seriously found glass in my shot while I was there. The drinks were god awful (the kind that you involuntarily throw up due to taste alone). I got a shot, knocked it back, and then felt something moving around in my mouth. At first I thought it was a large piece of plastic and spit it out. Then, I felt a stinging on my tongue. I ran into the bathroom and saw that my tongue was gushing blood. There some things that are a hard pass in the restaurant/bar service. Glass in the food is definitely one of them, at least in my book.

Tastemaker

If you have images of blonde girls wearing Barbie pink and hanging around Legally Blonde style with a chihuahua in their handbags...then (sadly?) you're mistaken. This cute little joint is a 'sign in to be a member' policy if you're going for drinks on a Thursday night but thankfully no door charge and suddenly you'll find yourself in a suitably fun underground bar. It's got a small bar in the corner, bit of table service and quite a few tables around he edges of the room with bold floral print tables cloths and vibrant wall art. The girls we were sharing tables with had some strong looking espresso martinis and we had nachos and wine. A fun place to catch up for post work drinks.
