Best pub in Kensal rise, independent and amazingly run.  All about the Sunday Roast, you must try a "Full Whippet" An indulgent Roast Beef, chicken and pork! They have started a brunch menu 10 - 4pm with a pretty decent eggs benedict and hash brown for £8.00.

A lovely neighbourhood local with really cosy interiors. Your average selection of pub grub and drinks at a reasonable price. The Whippet inn has a really great atmosphere. Perfect for all occasions.

Visited the Whippet this weekend with some mates who live close by. It's instantly appealing with its huge open windows and beer garden. The menu was great with a selection of options to suit carnivores and vegans alike. I plumped for classic fish and chips, which were great, could have done with a couple more chips, but probably a good thing I didn't get them really! Wide drinks selection on offer, we plumped for the rosé, which was delicious. Service was also brilliant and there's a great ambiance in the pub. Only one tiny thing that let it down, we were sat inside by the large open windows and the smoke was drifting in, which wasn't too nice, but probably can't be avoided, so not necessarily a criticism on the pub. Definitely recommend visiting, I'll be there again for sure.

This is a wonderful place in Kensal Rise, with beautiful interiors and one of the prettiest gardens of the area. Food is gorgeous, drinks are amazing. If the weather is nice, you will have a fabulous time dining al fresco! It's becoming one of the favourite pubs of the area, and there's a reason! It's also within walking distance to Queen's Park, so it's perfect to have a stroll in the park and then meal + booze there!

Fab pub... little tip: for the best espresso martini request bartender Sam (he's also quite dishy)

Great food, decent priced drinks, nice staff. Heated seating outside, lovely setting for a catch with friends or a family meal

Love this place. Our local - great beers - great vibe - and beyond great food. Real all round quality pub that caters for all.

Very friendly welcoming atmosphere to all that walk through the door from my experience

Absolutely love the Whippet!! Best thing that happened in Kendal rise!!!

A nice pub in the heart of Kensal Rise, it struggles from not quite being as established as lot of their competition. They have gone off-piste with an expansive wine list, some interesting lagers & ales and great food menu however it always appears to be more pricey than a lot of their competition and not quite the kind of pub you want to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon in.
