While Bethnal Green Working Men's club is infamous as one of London's top destinations for fun and frolics it's cosy little downstairs drinking den The Workers Arms is less widely known. As a bit of a hidden gem, it has everything you need: a fully stocked bar, a subtle nautical theme, cocktail specials, and the incredible food is also on offer. Recently an aspiring young in-house chef based upstairs who is regularly found selling his wares at London's top food markets is now offering a decent range of gourmet food to order.

Having eaten here on a number of occasions and being fortunate enough to have tried the samples menu I can testify that it's super fresh and really rather good.So it's well worth arriving early for your night out upstairs!Equally the bar also hosts a weekly pub quiz and other fun nights too along with drinks promotions and such like so your evening could start and end here too, but you've always got the option to head upstairs for a proper late night knees up should you want to. They're definitely on to a winner!
