The World's Most Rubbish Bar

When you think of London Cocktail Week, the idea of sipping a ‘rubbish cocktail’ straight out of a bin probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. But what if we told you that it’ll taste delicious? This London Cocktail Week event is hosted by Discarded Spirits Co., award-winning makers of zero-waste spirits. Located in a disused factory by the Thames on the South Bank, The World’s Most Rubbish Bar will host bartenders from leading sustainable bars including Little Mercies and Nine Lives, who’ll be creating tasty drinks using ingredients from local bars and restaurants that otherwise would’ve been chucked away. You’ll get to drink five of these for £20, and learn about how to make your own zero-waste ingredients at home. Cheers to that!
