Time Out says

A well-dressed spot on Stoke Newington High Street. The food menu has been put together by Sam Wilkinson, who has worked at Ottolenghi and Bentley's. Cocktails including Naked Lunches, Big Surs and Catcher in the Ryes hint at literary influence.

The food menu comprises small plates such as stuffed mussels with spinach, coconut and turmeric, pigeon salad with dried figs, cobnuts and a sherry dressing, butterflied sardines with fennel, olive, orange and almond and rump of lamb with green tomato, apricot, chipotle and sour cream.

'Street food Sundays' feature too, with guest chefs and street food outfits strutting their culinary stuff.

An excellent blend of skilfully crafted cocktails and casual dining all combined to make a fantastic night out.
The bar staff were warm and inviting, offering brilliant service throughout.
Our experience at Victory Mansion rounded off a memorable day in the Capital.

Great food, great drinks and great company.

Well played guys!!

I stumbled (not literally) across this place on a night out with a friend. It didn't look like much from the outside but we managed to get a table and order a couple of interesting sounding drinks from their menu. Well, any drink that arrives in a toy wardrobe with a rich tea biscuit on the side, has my vote. I then had a couple margaritas which were delicious but too drinkable and a couple of other cocktails before leaving. The drinks were perfectly mixed and tasted delightful but you do pay a high price for the honour.

Would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again soon.

This place used to do bottomless brunch but no longer! :( they now have tacos for brunch on the weekends which were delicious but you'll probably need 3-4 for a proper meal.  The pork was my favourite, but you might be better off getting their version of a traditional breakfast.  The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but I don't think I'll be making a trip to this place out of my way again.

A little gem I'm lucky enough to count as a local. Close friends hired the space downstairs for a private party and it didn't disappoint. They had a personalised cocktail menu concocted and named after the birthday peeps and we took over the decks and danced until the early hours. A little cramped perhaps as it's long and narrow shape encourages human blockades but this just makes it more buzzy and intimate. I've heard the food is incredible so I will be back to sample the fodder too.

Victory Mansion is proving a difficult place to resist! The cocktail list is fun and adventurous, but they're also happy to make the classics. The food was a very pleasant surprise - we ordered a smorgasbord of 10 plates between 4 and tried pretty much everything on the menu - the coconut stuffed mussels were irresistibly delicious morsels, the pigeon salad a pleasant pairing of ingredients and the beer braised pork cheek was also a winner at our table. My friends have also held birthdays here and the staff are always welcoming and keen to accommodate - thank you!

My favorite in London. What a great place to have as our local cocktail bar and restaurant. The flavours of their food and cocktails are just outstanding. Its a very friendly and chill out place. When you step in once its just enough to become their regular. Just try and see:) Well done!!!

This place is the bomb!! Loved the drinks and the food!

Brilliant speak easy style bar - excellent staff, great atmosphere, old-fashioned surroundings, I'll definitely  go again!

My new favourite. These guys know who to impress with both food and cocktails! Their plates are worth sharing with a friend to benefit tasting everything on their changing menu. Ask for Damien and he will make you a great drink! They do good events too, having just recently open the dining space downstairs they have some cool chefs help out to create themed nights. They do brunch at the weekend and the one Sunday a month they have an brilliant roast!

This undiscovered gem seems to have slipped off the radar of the hot list for top London bars and brunch places and I can't understand why. Firstly, to begin with they do a bottomless boozy brunch for £15 (you have a two hour window to drink as many cocktails as you like if you order food, which is separately priced), what's not to love about that? Four re-hashed original cocktails grace the menu, their version of a Bloody Mary is honestly the best I've ever had. Given the draw for the boozy brunch, you would think the food would be a below par, however it's far from it. The menu is fresh and offers something a little out of the ordinary from other brunch places. I had their burnt miso paste prawn toast with chilli jam, watercress and poached egg and it was divine. The atmosphere and exemplary customer service meant that we didn't want to leave.... Two hours and eight cocktails later!

I don't normally do reviews but felt the need to mention these guys!!

Not been to London for like 9 years, so not clued-up as to where to go.

Followed up on a friends recommendation, and wasn't disappointed!!

Such a good atmosphere, and the staff were awesome!!

... and the almonds went down a treat!!!!

All i can say is ... GOOD TIMES!!!
