Time Out says

The Covent Garden branch of Be At One is one of the most popular in the chain, packing in the punters despite competition from the huge number of other bars and clubs in the area. The reason? Undoubtedly its huge choice of cocktails (both the classics and BAO specialties with an ice cream base), an unpretentious party atmosphere (the music is loud and tends toward the cheesey side of commercial dance/pop) and the friendly staff.

Fab happy hours as usual but it is small so not suitable for a large group unless booking. Great for a drink or two after work but best to try a larger branch for groups. Very fast bartenders, and good quality of cocktails however room for slight improvement with consistency.

This is a cute branch of Be At One.  It is a little small so I would definitely recommend booking a table before if you can.  The manager was fab and personally introduced himself to the patrons to ensure that they were having a good time.  A bargain if you visit during happy hour.

As far as chains go, they all look the same and offer the same deals. We had happy hour prosecco, however the staff in this venue were really great and made our work leaving drinks fabulous by reserving us an area at short notice.

Definitely my favourite Be At One branch! It's got the ideal location, super central and convenient to get to. The cocktails are amazing - the range is ridiculous, and I like that they categorise them in the menu by types of alcohol used.

I love coming here to grab drinks with friends for a chill night out but also as a place to come dance. This branch has a pretty decent dance floor and the music is always on point. It's a mix of Top Hits that you'll hear on the radio but they also tend to play a few good oldies now and then.

The bartenders are also really good; they're fast at making the cocktails, which is amazing given how many there are in the menu!
