When you're constantly being bombarded with things like rainbow bagels, pizza festivals and Yorkshire pudding menus, it can be kind of tricky trying to eat healthily in London. But a London food blogger is on a mission to change that. Back in 2010, David Bez decided to make a new salad every day for a year, documenting his journey on his blog, SaladPride. Six years on, he's still going and has even published two cookbooks - 'SaladLove' and 'BreakfastLove'. And now David's trying to bring his food to the masses with a crowdfunding campaign to help him open a café in Neal's Yard in Covent Garden.

But for those who switch off when they hear 'salad', he'll also be serving up 'salad soups' (which hopefully doesn't involve blending up the contents of a Caeser salad and hoping for the best), smoothies and cakes.

Find out more about the crowdfunding campaign.
