A meat-slicing robot has appeared in a Stoke Newington kebab shop

As far as kebab-related news comes, this is pretty big: a kebab shop in Stoke Newington has got a new addition and it's only a bloody kebab robot. Yep, that's a thing. No, it's not a robot made of kebabs. It's a meat-slicing machine that lets those hardworking kebab shop folk give their arms a well-deserved rest from all that meat carving. Stoke Newington's Super Kebab is the first place in the UK to get their hands on one of these bad boys, which are guided by sensors and slide up and down the rotating meat to produce perfectly formed slices of meat. But don't worry, there will still be actual human beings there to man the deep fat fryer and hand you industrial-sized vats of garlic mayo. Because a kebab robot is all well and good but you can't beat some good old-fashioned kebab shop chat, can you?
