What's better than cheese, carbs and more cheese? Not much, as far as we can tell. Which is why we're pretty damn excited by the news that there's a new restaurant in Soho serving up a whopping 21 types of lasagne, aptly named Mister Lasagna.

You can take your pick from eight staple dishes (starting at £5.30 a pop), including classic bolognese, carbonara and pesto, as well as a rotating menu of 13 specials, which features smoked salmon, chicken, aubergine, artichoke and truffle varieties of the dish. If you haven't eaten yourself into a carb coma, they've also got tiramisu, caramel panna cotta and white chocolate soufflé for dessert. It opens today, so go go go!

Mister Lasagna is at 53 Rupert Street, Soho, W1D 7PG.
