Love art? Love sweeties? This is the one for you. Maynards Bassetts is opening the UK’s first Sweet Art Gallery this Friday – and it’s a feast for the eyes (and taste buds).

Popping up in Soho for two days only, the gallery will feature an array of artworks reimagined in confectionery. Expect a Jelly Babies installation and a Liquorice Allsorts ‘Mona Lisa’. There’ll also be a chance to create your own artwork and stuff your face at a floor-to-ceiling pick ’n’ mix stand. You don’t get that at the Louvre.

Entry is free but there’s limited availability, so reserve your spot here and get ready for a hell of a sugar crash.

Maynards Bassetts Sweet Art Gallery is open June 16-17 at 70 Berwick St, W1F 8TA
