Located in Covent Garden, the bar’s staff of mixologists and cocktail aficionados – headed by Matt Whiley of the Peg + Patriot – will be offering a masterclass on how to add a twist to 12 traditional cocktails, including inspiration on how to make the common cocktail that little bit more interesting – be it a fresh spin on the mojito, a shake-up of the classic G&T, or an Irish twist on prosecco.
For £10, you get to learn a dozen new cocktail recipes plus two drinks from the menu, which means it basically pays for itself.
