Catch and kill your own lunch at a cooking class in central London this Friday

Already bored with the week's sarnies? Well if you appreciate a free lunch and have a bit of time to kill this Friday (literally), here’s one way to switch things up.

Experience platform Wonderfish is giving Londoners the chance to make like Bear Grylls in a cooking class for those bold enough to catch and cook fish and fancy lobsters for their midday meal.

Thankfully, you won't need to venture into the wild. Instead, you'll get nets to snap up that seafood from a special pool set up somewhere in central London, and a chef will be on-hand to show you how to kill and prepare it before throwing it on a barbecue so you can enjoy the spoils of your labour.

Anyone who's up for the challenge just needs to register their interest by 5.30pm on September 15 on the Wonderush website. Twenty names will be picked at random and if you're one of the chosen ones, you'll just need to be free for the Friday cookout which is planned to take an hour. How's that for making the most of your lunch break?
