Sometimes you almost feel for Donald Trump – Hillary Clinton made him look a right Charlie in that debate, the candy-floss machine that makes his hair seems to be on the blink and all the celebrities in the world are ganging up on him. This week it’s the turn of Daniel Radcliffe, who was asked about Harry Potter author JK Rowling’s 2015 tweet alleging that the billionaire Republican might be ‘worse than Voldemort’.

Radders agrees with Rowling – up to a point. ‘That comparison is certainly not without its merits,’ he told Sky News. ‘I sort of think Trump might not be as ideologically pure as Voldemort.’ Is he scandalously implying that the Presidential candidate might not be entirely trustworthy and upfront?

Um, yes. 'My thing on Trump is he feels like more of an opportunist,' Radcliffe continued. 'I don’t know how much of this stuff he really believes. And he sort of hides behind this thing of “oh, I’m just an entertainer.”’ You might think that's a bit rich coming from someone who makes a living in the entertainment biz, but then Dan isn’t running for President, as far as we know.

If you're a mega Harry Potter fan, you might also be interested to know that there's a massive fan event scheduled at the IMAX on October 13 to celebrate the release of JK Rowling's first Potter spinoff movie 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'. There'll be brand new clips, appearances from cast members and a Q&A with director David Yates. Check out this enticing promo clip:

In the meantime, we've got everything you need to know about 'Fantastic Beasts' including trailers, plot details and cast info.
