If you're feeling sluggish, tired and stressed this week then head over to the idyllic-sounding 'Island of Tranquility', where herbal tea specialist Pukka will be serving up their finest organic brews to London's commuters.

They're setting up shop at Kings Cross station today, Victoria station on Wednesday and Waterloo station on Friday, to hand out free teas made with calming herbs such as lavender, rose and chamomile and honey to help ease all that commuting-induced stress and anxiety. They'll also have 'herbal advisors' (yep, that's a job) on hand to tell you about natural remedies and herbs that can help boost energy, support digestive health and aid sleep. So that's a few less things to moan about, at least.

Beat the commuter blues until 9pm today (Nov 14) at Kings Cross station and 7am-9pm at Victoria station on Wed Nov 16 and Waterloo station on Fri Nov 18.
